At RPG Maker Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't fit your quest, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside the box.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
