■ 256 Walking and Face Graphic Variations for NPCs

The set includes 48 humanoid characters and 16 animals, each with 4 variations.
(48 + 16) × 4 = 256 total patterns.
Variations range from simple color swaps to different clothing designs and skin tones.
Speech bubble assets are also included.
